Hearts Of Oak Appoint Ex-Kotoko Coach As An Assistant Coach.

Ghana Premier League giants Hearts of Oak have appointed former Asante Kotoko coach, David Ocloo as an assistant coach. 

The former Liberty Professional gaffer has been tasked to take temporary charge of the team starting with the upcoming campaign at Real Bamako in the 2022/23 CAF Confederation Cup qualifier.

The Phobians, on Sunday, 2 October 2022 confirmed the appointment of the former Asante Kotoko assistant coach. He will lead the team’s preparations ahead of this weekend’s Confederation Cup first leg against Real Bamako of Mali in Bamako as interim head coach.

Hearts Of Oak sacked their head coach Samuel Boadu and his backroom staff after three winless games in the Ghana betPawa Premier League.

Ocloo holds a CAF A, B &C license and a sports performance and video analysis certificate.

He has coached clubs like Marantha of Togo, Sahel Sporting Club in Niger, and defunct Wa All Stars.
